A person who became allegedly caught in the act of looking to rape an eight-12 months-old girl become stripped bare after which compelled to stroll across the community to publicly shame him. The incident occurred in the neighbourhood of santa brigida in buenos aires, argentina. 
Snap shots of his stroll of disgrace show the naked young guy, who's yet to be diagnosed, being pulled through a rope for 8 blocks earlier than his captors hand him over to the police.
